A New 2010 Raven

Once again as football season came to an end, it has immediately gone into trading season. For the Ravens that is not bad.

The Baltimore Ravens made a big change in their roster this year with a trade to the Arizona Cardinals. The Ravens traded their 2nd and 4th round draft pick for Cardinals weapon Anquan Boldin, the 6-1 wide receiver from Florida State has been playing 8 years and 3 of them has made it to the superbowl. He said "I think I can make an impact as a Raven" his stats have been of the roof while playing for the Cardinals. There is only one set back in this big trade for the Ravens, is that which wide receiver will sit on the bench Mason or Clayton? All we can do is hope that Boldin makes an impact on the Ravens.

Muggle Quidditch

Muggle Qiudditch is a new game sweeping away in collages all over the country. Based on the game created by J.K Rowling in the Harry Potter Award Winning book. Collages all over the country finally decided to make this magical game real. Players must stay on their brooms at all times. Using a basketball as the quaffle and a volleyball as the bludger. 12 collages have started teams and have esembled for the first muggle quidditch cup in 2006. Lots of quidditch players who have participated in quidditch cup are hoping to it played in the 2020 Olympics. Now that you know that much you may as well learn how to play. For the chasers their job is to take the quaffle and throw it into the other teams hoops at the end of the field at either end thier are three on a team . For the beaters they are the ones who are trying to knock the chasers and seeker of thier brooms by throwing the bludger their are two on a team. Also fo the Goalkeeper his or her jobis to block the quaffle from going in his/her own hoop. Last but not least their is the seeker his job is to catch the snitch(which in muggle Qiudditch is a person who is dressed in yellow and has sock taped to the back of his shirt).

Lacrosse

Well once again it is spring which means only one thing. It means that Football and Soccer seasons are over. That also means that it is in the middle of Lacrosse season so here is a preview of the 2009 MLL (Major League Lacrosse).

Major League Lacrosse is a Professional Lacrosse league. Most people do not know about the MLL. Most people hear about the NCAA Lacrosse League but very  few know about the MLL. People who do know what it is would very much
realize how much more skill the players have. Players take Lacrosse to a whole different level of playing. The ball is almost always in the air,  players
are always moving ,it is almost as good as watching football - maybe better.

Blast Win

The Baltimore Blast won the Championship once again. They beat Rockford Rampage 13-10. Also, yet again, Sagu was named NISL goalkeeper of the year which means a lot to the Blast. Winning this championship, also means they are now the first team in the new NISL league to win the Championship.

Ravens Wheeling and Dealing

The Baltimore Ravens are in full trading and signing season. They are especially looking at some new offensive tackles. Also wideout Demetrius Willams and tight end Quinn Sypniewski have renewed their contract to one more year with the Ravens as free agents. So, for the most part, they are looking in good shape especially now that Kyle Boller is out of the way and with the Rams. Now Joe Flacco and Troy Smith have a little more competition. Troy Smith is also healthy now and is trying to prove he can start this season. Another good thing for the Ravens is that Samari Roll is back after three years of recovery. They are also looking to draft a good running back. So over all the Baltimore Ravens are looking in tip top shape and if everything goes right they will be able to go all the way this year.
